2. Professional Standards

All therapy and supervision services are delivered by Dr Jonathan Hutchins, Chartered Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant, in accordance with the professional and ethical guidelines of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), British Psychological Society (BPS), and EMDR Europe Association.

5. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made directly through our online booking system or via email.

  • Payment terms will be confirmed before each session or workshop.

  • Fees must be paid in full prior to the start of each booked session or event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For therapy clients, payment may be invoiced following assessment if appropriate.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that unexpected events may arise.

  • Therapy and Supervision: Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or non-attendance may be charged in full.

  • Workshops & CPD: Refunds may be available if notice is given at least 7 days prior to the event.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All information shared during therapy or supervision is treated with strict confidentiality and handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
Exceptions to confidentiality apply if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law.
